Nicklaus, Jack & Palmer, Arnold - Autographed Golf Balls

Nicklaus claimed his second Masters title after winning the 1965 Masters by nine strokes, leaving Arnold Palmer and Gary Player to battle out the second position (they tied). Nicklaus broke Ben Hogan's 72-hole scoring record of 274 from 1953 by compiling a new aggregate of 271 in the 1965 Masters, which while tied by Raymond Floyd in 1976, lasted until Tiger Woods shot 270 in 1997. Masters founder Bobby Jones, remarked after watching Nicklaus dominate the 1965 Masters, "Nicklaus played a game with which I am not familiar."

This stunning display contains an 11x14 photo showing Arnold Palmer giving Jack Nicklaus his second Masters jacket on April 11, 1965. Also a vintage golf ball signed by each Masters Champion and is archivally framed to ensure enjoyment for generations to come.

Golf Links to the Past is proud to guarantee the authenticity of every autograph we sell. We provide appropriate documentation from official licensees who have commissioned private signings, and we employ the services of the two leading independent autograph authenticating companies, James Spence Authentication (JSA) and/or PSA/DNA, to authenticate all other autographs.
"I often rely on the extensive autograph exemplar file of Golf Links to the Past. Without reservation, I would recommend their services." (James Spence).
