Els, Ernie - 2002 Open Champion

Born: Oct. 17, 1969 in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Ernie Els has been one of the top professional players in the world since the mid-1990s. A former World No. 1, he is known as "The Big Easy" due to his imposing physical stature along with his fluid, seemingly effortless golf swing. Among his numerous victories are three major championships: the U.S. Open in 1994 at the Oakmont Country Club and 1997 at the Congressional Country Club, and The Open Championship in 2002 at Muirfield.

A golf ball autographed by Els is showcased along with an 8"x10" photograph of Els and the Claret Jug after becoming the 2002 Open Champion.

Framed Dimensions: 19 1/2" x 14"

Golf Links to the Past is proud to guarantee the authenticity of every autograph we sell. We provide appropriate documentation from official licensees who have commissioned private signings, and we employ the services of the two leading independent autograph authenticating companies, James Spence Authentication (JSA) and/or PSA/DNA, to authenticate all other autographs.
