Oakmont Country Club Champions Signatures

Oakmont Country Club opened in 1903 and was the only design by Henry Fownes. Oakmont is considered by many golfers as one of the most difficult courses in the U.S. With virtually no water hazards, and, since 2007, almost no trees and several hundred bunkers combined with large, extremely fast, and undulating greens this reputation would seem well earned. Oakmont has hosted more combined USGA and PGA championships than any other course in the U.S., including nine United States Opens, five U.S. Amateurs, three PGA Championships, and two U.S. Women's Open.

This historic piece features autographs from 18 Oakmont champions -- 4 on the Oakmont flag and the balance surrounding the flag--Jack Nicklaus (1962 U.S. Open), Gene Sarazen (1922 P.G.A. Championship), Larry Nelson (1983 U.S. Open), Ernie Els (1994 U.S. Open), Nick Flanagan (2003 U.S. Amateur), Sam Parks, Jr. (1935 U.S. Open), Angel Cabrera (2007 U.S. Open), Tommy Armour (1927 U.S. Open), Bobby Jones (1925 U. S. Amateur), Willie Turnesa (1938 U.S. Amateur), Steve Melnyk (1969 U.S. Amateur), Ben Hogan (1953 U.S. Open), Johnny Miller (1973 U.S. Open), John Mahaffey (1978 P.G.A. Championship), Sam Snead (1951 P.G.A. Championship), Patty Sheehan (1992 U.S. Women's Open), Paula Creamer (2010 U.S. Women's Open), Dustin Johnson (2016 U.S. Open) and an embroidered Oakmont Country Club crest.
