Woods, Tiger - 2000 Open Champion Autographed Photo
When Tiger Woods won the 2000 Open played at the Old Course he became only the fifth player in history to win all four majors, joining Gene Sarazen, Ben Hogan, Gary Player and Jack Nicklaus. He won by an eight-shot margin, the biggest win of its kind since J H Taylor's victory in 1913. Holding up the Claret Jug, Woods was jubilant - "It's the ultimate," Woods said. "This is the home of golf. This is where you always want to win. To have a chance to complete the slam at St Andrews is pretty special. I was able to bring it home."
Golf Links to the Past is proud to guarantee the authenticity of every autograph we sell. We provide appropriate documentation from official licensees who have commissioned private signings, and we employ the services of the two leading independent autograph authenticating companies, James Spence Authentication (JSA) and/or PSA/DNA, to authenticate all other autographs. "I often rely on the extensive autograph exemplar file of Golf Links to the Past. Without reservation, I would recommend their services." (James Spence)
Upper Deck commissioned Tiger to sign just 100 of these hand numbered, 8" x 10" photos. A certificate of authenticity from Upper Deck will accompany each piece.
