Michael Miller - "Hell's Half Acre", Pine Valley's Seventh, circa 1927 - Original Painting
  Price: $18,000.00

Item # MPV7

This close up view of "Hell's Half Acre" depicts the untended and rustic look that was so carefully "created" by the architects of Pine Valley. Although "man made" this hazard has all the appearance of being a creation of nature. The hazard lays 280 yards from the tee and requires 150 yards of carry to overcome it. Obviously a shorter tee shot leaves a longer carry, or if too short, a lay up. The golfer's problems don't end with negotiating "HHA" as the green of this 585 yard par 5, is fronted by broom and surrounded by sand.

Painting: 36" x 48" oil/panel
