Greg Rudd is Golf Links to the Past's featured artist and portrait painter.
Classically trained, and world-renowned, his oils strive to capture the
realistic truth of the subject.
As, the only licensed portrait artist of Bobby Jones, Mr. Rudd has enjoyed
the experience of painting the game's greatest legend - including a series
of oils depicting each leg of the 1930 Grand Slam.
Additionally, he's painted eight stamps for the United States Postal Service
including the Ernest Hemingway commemorative stamp and Francis Ouimet
golf stamp. Furthermore, he has created numerous illustrations and cover
art for national publications such as Golf Digest and Tennis Magazine.
Other clients have included the Los Angeles Times, the Danbury Mint and
the American Stock Exchange. His golf portfolio also includes portraits
of Old Tom & Young Tom Morris, Alister Mackenzie and Jack Nicklaus.
